Winter Squash – Marmalade

An orange Hokkaido Kabocha squash with intense yellow flesh and a nice nutty taste. If you like winter squash and pumpkins you’ll like this. It does not need to be cured but can also store well for a couple of months if you want to wait and let the taste and texture mature. Similar to Dolce Vera.
